Yossi Cohen is the V.P. for Business Development of Micro Ceramics Ltd., a leading global supplier of ceramic products for the Semiconductor, Medical, Telecom, Optoelectronics and Aerospace industries. Previously, Mr. Cohen held several management positions at various companies, among them Algorithmic Research Ltd - one of Israel's leading data security companies, in which he served as CEO. During this period, the company expanded its operations in Europe and the Far East, and provided data security solutions for major international financial organizations. Prior to 1990 Mr. Cohen served as the General Manager of the Computer Division of the Prime Minister’s Office of Israel, and prior to that served as Infrastructure Manager in the Computer Division of the IAF. Mr. Cohen holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Sciences, as well as an M.Sc in Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.

General Manage of Cadence Design Systems IsraelErez Tsur is General Manager at Cadence Design systems Israel. Tsur also act as Advisory Board at Mobix Wireless Solutions. In his recent roles at Cadence Design Systems, Tsur was Head of Global Business Development where he led a group of BD and Sales professionals that provided leadership in designing, planning, and implementing strategic business objectives and direct sales in the areas of emerging markets, emerging companies and technologies. In his professional career prior to Cadence Design Systems, Tsur held several management positions at the following companies: Snapshield which dealt with data security and that was acquired by Elbit Systems , CMS Compucenter Ltd a Hewlett-Packard’ leading VAR, Aloda Information System Ltd and Amit Software Engineering. Erez Tsur holds a B.A in communications and computers from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA in marketing and risk management from Heriot-Watt University.
