    Itzhak (Shai) Hemli

    Founder and Chairman of the Board (active)

    Shai is the founder of Mobix Wireless Solutions (MWS) since its inception in 2001. Prior to founding MWS, he spent eight years as the CEO and co-founder of IFN systems Ltd. completing its IPO in TASE on December 1999. Before founding IFN, Shai was the marketing director at ONYX Technologies for more than two years. Shai joined ONYX after his retirement from the Israeli Air Force (Lt. Colonel) where he served for nineteen years in several positions in technology, communications and software units. In 1994 he founded Mobix Communications which completed an exit in mid 2000. Throughout his career, Shai gained experience in managing technology organizations and bringing successful products and solutions to markets. In doing so, Shai ensured financial success while preserving a unified team, spirit and excellent internal and external relationships.

    Oren Marmur

    Chief Executive Officer

    Oren Marmur has joined Mobix as the Chief Executive Officer in November 2012. Oren has 20 years of experience in the telecom and optical industries, holding several executive, business and technical related positions and specializing in leading advanced technologies into successful execution, market penetration and strong business growth. Prior to Mobix Oren has served as the Head of the Optical Networking & CESR Line of Business at ECI Telecom, a leading supplier of networking infrastructure for carrier and service provider networks worldwide, and has successfully led the transition and growth of the Optical Networking business at ECI to being the major growth engine for ECI and one of the most profitable businesses for the company. Prior to ECI Oren was the founder of FlexLight Networks, a venture capital-backed startup company that pioneered the GPON optical-access market.

    Nechama Aharon

    CFO

    Nehama Aharon joined Mobix as CFO in January 2011. Nehama has over 25 years of experience in various capacities in finance and administration. Previously, Nehama served as VP of Finance in Syneron (NASDAQ-ELOS) a Medical Device company for 3.5 years. Prior to this, she served for 6 years as Director of Finance in Mellanox (NASDAQ-MLNX), a semiconductor company. In addition, Nehama served as Director of Finance in Check Point (NAZDAQ-CHKP) and as controller in Bateman Engineering, a chemical Engineering international company.

    Pini Sagi

    VP Worldwide Sales

    Pini joined Mobix as VP of Worldwide Sales in February of 2013. Pini brings over 20 years of experience working for technology companies including Networking , Telecom and Wireless industries, holding several high level positions of sales , business development and technical. Before joining Mobix, Pini was part of a French based company, Sequans (NYSE:SQNS), a 4G System-On-Chip provider where he led the sales growth in EMEA & LATAM and established the Israeli branch.  Prior to Sequans, Pini served in various sales and technical support positions in Metalink, PowerDsine and RIT (part of the RAD group) leading worldwide sales and technical support and ensuring strategy execution and worldwide business growth. Pini holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and served in the Israeli Air Force involved in various Communications & System Control projects.

    Moshe Sheps

    Sr. VP North America

    Moshe has over 30 years of experience in the wireless, telecommunication and mobile data industries. His career encompasses executive roles in marketing, sales, business development and R&D in the earlier years. Moshe’s experience includes companies ranging from a Fortune size public company such as BellSouth Wireless at a VP level, through midsize private technology companies in GM/Sr. VP positions and startups one of which he founded himself. In several cases Moshe has built the company or subsidiary from the ground up, assembled the team and lead it to meeting its business objectives. Moshe has a rich technical background from his early years as a software developer and R&D manager in charge of the development of ground breaking communication technologies.

    Ronel Hemli

    CTO

    Ronel has an M.Sc. in computer sciences, with expertise in embedded communication networks, algorithms and system architecture. Ronel leads the technological development in the company from concept and patent registration to a fully deployed commercial system and has managed several successful international R&D projects. Ronel has been working in key technology positions in Mobix for over 10 years.

    Gary Golembo

    VP Operations

    Gary brings over 20 years of experience in R&D and Operations, during which he has successfully overseen a variety of multidisciplinary system and ASIC products, from inception to mass production. Gary has extensive expertise in setting up and managing supply chains in APAC. Prior to joining Mobix, Gary was one of the founders and VP Operations of Redux Communications, an innovative fabless startup in the networking field. He has also held positions at N-trig and RAD Data Communications, and as an independent technical consultant. Gary holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Cape Town.

    Ofir Appelbaum

    Chief Engineer

    Ofir has a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Ofir has vast experience with PLC and RF communications, embedded system solutions, and metering infrastructures focusing on the AMI market. He has lead Mobix product hardware development from customer requirements, through design to field deployment and state-of-the-art AMI solutions. Ofir has been part of Mobix’s management team since 2003.
